Create browser benchmarks for macOS

The current Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge CIS benchmarks are created for Windows devices. Since the majority of the keys are similar for macOS devices, why not create a macOS browser baseline? Also the CIS assessor does not support macOS for browser scanning which is a pity.
