All CIS CAT versions up to and including 4.53.0 hangs at Ensure 'credential_validation' is 'Equals' to 'AUDIT_SUCCESS_FAILURE' on all Windows Servers versions, stand alone, domain joined, member servers and/or domain controller after April cumulative update applied to patch NTLM vulnerabilities.

FYI, this issue is a result of a Microsoft update and Microsoft have issued a fix for this that.
