Turn off cloud optimized content

Hello EveryOne,

I would like to know more about below CIS control what cloud optimized content is secure after applying this settings. AS per my understanding it is restricting to XBOX and Andriod phone to map on taskbar and sharing content to out side etc.

18.10.13.2 (L2) Ensure 'Turn off cloud optimized content' is set to
'Enabled' (Automated)
