Request for CIS Benchmark Comparison Feature

I’m looking for a way to compare Windows 11 Enterprise CIS Benchmarks version 3.0 against version 4.0. It has been challenging to identify which policies have changed, which are new, and which have been removed.
If there’s an effective method or tool for this comparison, please share your approach. If not, I’d like to suggest an enhancement request for a report or feature that provides a clear comparison between versions.

If you download the PDF version of the benchmark there is a section "Appendix: Change History". That will list all the changes in the current version. I can see there were approximately 70 changes in v4 of the Windows 11 Benchmark.
