Oracle19c-benchmark
Since new CISCAT 4.58/9 the regular Oracle19c Benchmark for unified auditing has been removed/disappeared. This was available until CISCAT 4.56/7. Please add this functionality or put it in place in the new coming ciscat-versions

In CIS-CAT v 4.58 and 4.59 the Oracle 19C Benchmarks was updated to v2. I see this in the Change History that "Removed Traditional Auditing from the benchmark" (https://workbench.cisecurity.org/files/7094/download) I am not sure if that is what you are experiencing but it seems like it might be.
The decision to add or remove Benchmark recommendations is made by the Oracle Community in CIS Workbench. You could create a Discussion in the Community to ask for that to be added back or for more clarification on why it was removed.
