Allow community feedback to show a post has traction

Make the ticketing system like Reddit, give us upvote and downvote buttons on posts.

Thanks for your suggestion. You can upvote for existing suggestions by clicking on the Votes button on the left. Currently this platform does not allow downvotes but I will ask the vendor if they can add that.
