For Windows 11 enterprise check 18.10.3.2 is misleading
18.10.3.2 states that "If a Microsoft Store app is required for legitimate use, an Administrator will need to perform the installation from an Administrator context." This implies admin rights are required to install applications from the Microsoft Store.
When comparing this with the Microsoft docs, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/policy-csp-applicationmanagement, it states that "All users will still be able to install Windows app packages via the Microsoft Store, if permitted by other policies." This directly contradicts the text in 18.10.3.2
