  Using a recently updated Chrome browser and filtering downloads on "CAT" I do not see any link for CIS-CAT, just lots of benchmarks.. I am logged in. I have no idea why I can't see it, but in all the searches internally and using external engines, there is no link to download.

  The issue is that you were not associated with your company account in Workbench. I have remedied that, and you should be able to see and download all the SecureSuite resources your organization is entitled to.
